Consulting, advising and coaching politicians, government officials and business managers in entire Europe has been his main field of activity for the past 40 years. He also produced course material, textbooks, syllabus and study programs for various branches of industry, educational institutions and (non-) governmental organizations in Europe, Asia and Africa. As a visiting professor he has lectured at various educational institutes throughout Europe and Asia. And as a freelance photojournalist he has published countless articles; and - finally - he was co-producer of various instruction and information movies and dvd's on education, discrimination and juvenile delinquency. Many political, social and commercial deals failed because of the lack of respect for other communication cultures. Even wars were declared and ignited due to poor communications. Communicating, offering services, presenting philosophies or buying and selling products successfully will greatly depend on the willingness to understand and respect the culture of the target audience.
