Consulting, advising and coaching politicians, government officials and business managers in entire Europe has been his main field of activity. He also produced course material, textbooks, syllabus and study programs for various branches of industry, educational institutions and (non-)governmental organizations in Europe, Asia and Africa. As a visiting professor he has lectured at various educational institutes throughout Europe and Asia. And as a freelance photojournalist he has published countless articles and - finally - he was co-producer of various instruction and information movies and cd's on education, discrimination and juvenile delinquency. Many political, social and commercial deals failed because of the lack of respect for other communication cultures. Even wars were declared and ignited due to poor communications.
